EVENT DETAILS

WHEN: Saturday, December 4, 2021

Sunday, December 5, 2021

HOURS: 10:00am - 3:00pm (Saturday)

10:00am - 2:00pm (Sunday)

RAIN DATE: This event is RAIN OR SHINE.

WHERE: 123 Delaware Ave. North Bay.

INDOORS At Outloud North Bay!

COST: Both days $100+hst OR $50+hst for one day
 

VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGMENTS 

1. Secure overnight storage for vendor displays and products

2. Vendors will be provided a reserved 8x8 space to set up their display.

3. Vendors understand they are responsible for providing their own “data services”.

4. Vendors are required to show up at least 30 minutes before the event to get set up.

5. Any late vendors will be unable to set up their displays once the event has started.

6. Cosset & Flare as well as the venue will not be held liable for any losses of product or damage to displays.

7. Secure overnight storage for vendor displays and products.

 

 

SPOTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
